Krabi Island

It was such a relaxing 5 days 4 nights trip to Krabi Island. It's amazing how we can make this trip an eventful one. I simply couldn't comprehend the blueness of the sea. I could see the contours of blues when i first reached the Monkey Island. We did many island hopping, visited numerous islands, did snorkeling, walking a lot in krabi, pacing on the soft sand, had tomyamful night for every dinner, went for night market for twice, jungle trekking visits and went to some interesting pool and hotspring.

In sum, if you're a nature lover, this can't never be any better place for you to step your feet onto it. You'll definately enjoy every bit of this island with warm hospitality from the thais. Unlike city downtown like Bangkok, if you are not opt for shopping, Krabi will be a great choice for you to relax just to see the blue and the greens :)

i was really excited to touch the sea. It was too blue.

very unique long-tailed boat in Krabi for island hopping purpose =)

We literally walked from island to island by our own feet. It was such a special phenomena where you get to WALK along the tiny beach route to another island in the middle of the ocean during low tide. Well, it's risky, but, i am back safely! =)

I thought i can only see this on tv -.-

We only managed to catch sunset everyday. Haha!

Emerald pool- it was a natural pool, the water... i donno why is it so greenish blue but it was from the mountain. (Jaw's dropped)

Our very first dish in Krabi- papaya salad.

mixture of papaya and other veggie, with shrimps and crabs. Interesting isn't it? :)

My lovely trip companion for this time.

It was really fun to be with them =)

A better quality of tut-tut in Krabi =)

Looked like a toy car to me.

i donno what's its name but it's very ver nice!

it's like a popiah skin with roasted sugar layers in it. You need to roll it on ur own =)

Ananta Burin Resort =)

Me likey!

the pool- no joke! It was so clean!

We bought this tee together- simply because we really love krabi and we left with quite some money. =D
I would want to go back to Krabi. Please call me =)

Raya Break in KL

Colleagues and i decided to do something crazy. We went to Putrajaya for night photoshooting and playing lanterns! Putrajaya never failed to amaze me though i've been here for quite some times. This time round, we managed to see an upgraded version of the bridge. The colours changed in few seconds. It's really interesting and colourful! :) We did some jumping shots.

Betty crowned the best shot for this bridge :)
colour changes
Humongous! :)
Then we headed to a few government buildings just to wander around and snap pics for 4 of us. It's such a pity that i forgot about the tripod. Then i realised there's this function in the camera (frame) that i never used before. Hmmm, nevertheless i still wished to get a hold of my camera and come back here to adjust the functions of the camera.

Serene and I- pattern liao-liao! :Dthis group pic was great! :)
Amy said she looks smaller behind me -_-" so profound wasn't it? and all my fat revealed! ROAR! Anyway, it's quite a great pic too! 温馨 :)
That night, the 3 of them looked really great in any of the photos taken with just the 3 of them.
so, we played lanterns too! :) Some kids came by to see tanglung :D
hehe the camwhore us :D
Serene brought us to this Mewah Club. It's located in the hilltop, houses swimming pool, tennis court, yoga place and a cafe. We chilled at the hill top during wee hour. Witnessed some fireworks. :) Nicey :)
Met Jaden boy at Boulevard Hotel :)
boy boy was a bit cranked, maybe it's the long journey from Penang.
aunties brought him to Toy R' Us! immediately after we came out, he zzz'ed! @_@Betty and i :D
It was very very eventful after i reached KL. @_@ I wonder where does my energy come from but i really thankful to my friends around who always teman me always. God bless everyone! :)

Randomite

First two few weeks of January have been hilariously crazy. @_@" You can see from the amount of bloggies i've posted. It's deteriorating vertically. I hope i get to blog about my daily life as much as i can. Motivation just don't cooperate with me by the time i got home. Hehe! (external attribution is strongly discouraged!)

Today is holiday. It's a good break after a long battery consuming of working and studying. It's comfy to be in my room, for some quiet moments, with me and me and me alone. After a long sleep since last night till today. It's simply priceless! :)

Got myself a camera few weeks ago. Yet to try it's "ability". Anyway, just show you guys ONE pic that i love. Cool? @_@"

Happy Thaipusam for the indians!
Can't wait to go back next week before another round of battle begins!

greeny day!

It's a day out to the green!
-Botanical Garden, Putrajaya-

The pigs couldn't get up on time, ended up pacing ourselves in the botanical garden under the hot sun around 1.00pm++. The garden was a lil bit pathetic. It wasn't really well publicised despite the fact that they do have wonderful greenery over there. I love to see the greens but if only the sun could hide behind the clouds a lil. The garden isn't very huge. In the end, we both realised how great Taman Pertanian is. With clearer signages, with more human. It somehow gives you the energy and motivation to walk a lil bit more.

feel like rolling up from the top to the bottom of this green carpet! =D
very cute =)

the plant labels are not completed. not every plant is labelled.

I think Putrajaya Botanical Garden can be improved a whole lot more better. With better signages system and with the flora fauna labels to give a better understanding to the tourists. Don't waste such a big field. Go green, Malaysia! =D I'll go back again if there's any chance, provided that the weather is good for a walk =)

it's a very suitable place to do self reflection

Thanks to the weather, we went to Alamanda and catch "Unstoppable" and we were even late for 15 minutes! That's another random thing to do sometimes when holiday strikes!:)

just soofei and i

A day out with soofei just for photoshooting purpose at UK Farm of Kluang. Been really into the blue, green and brown throughout the holiday! I always enjoy the presence of soofei, we chat, crap and catch up lots of things whenever we can. It's a personal time with a friend which i really appreciate. Anyway, i had a good morning with soofei and the nature. :) also, the super early breakfast with ern, meiteng and soofei! =) Really missing those days of casual and leisure breakfast, especially during the weekends when we don't have classes. It's the effort that really matter, that bring us together =)

meanwhile, enjoy some shots... =)

I enjoyed myself lots =) Hope you're too!

Food heaven!

Guess Langkawi is really Malay Food Heaven! :) We haven't had any chinese food though. Hehe! We kept on looking for good food around the island, paced around Cenang Beach, Kuah Town. Malay's seems to be the first choice always. Oh well, they're good at their very own cuisine. How can we just don't love Malaysia? Correct?
nasi lemak 3rows in the trip!
yummmmmmy!
english breakfast too! :) love bread!
a lot of you might be wondering what is this!
tadaaaaaaa! IKAN BAKAR! (it's 2nd attempt though)
no kidding, it's good! *the pic was slightly not so appetizing*
oppps! :) but it's heavenly!
tomyam mix! :)
spicy!
kangkung belacan!
oh btw, we had kangkung belacan during every heavy meal.
it's just so happened that this is OUR favourite. -.-!
last night in the island, curry powder crab! :)
very fragrant! tasted curryish. :) but a lil salty though.
SOTONG! NICE! BIG! FRESH! ooooo we tambah our food on our "last dinner".
sambal kueyteow goreng kerang, claimed to be famous there by the taxi driver
it was good!
These are from Kuah Town during our teabreak
spicy popiah and pulut :)
yummy too!
i got a shock of my life when the so-called asam laksa from langkawi was served.
look exactly like longkang sampah.
but to my dismay, it tasted delicious! =) One of the morning breakfast that May ordered: Mee Siam!
very tempting! with the sambal, close to perfection!
first dinner taken: telur bungkus with chic and veggie in it :)
ayam paprik!
first ikan bakar we had: Ikan pari pari
our beloved May called it Ikan Hantu
*faint*

It was quite a funny, contented makan trip for us too! Guess we were all hungry after the activities during the days. Therefore, food were all very precious to us. :)
