post mortem

Attended the post mortem of Peer Counseling.
This group of students, seems so far yet so near to me :)

Passion. Commitment. Dare to fail.
These are the three points i had for the campaign.

Running an event, isn't like running your own feet on the ground.
You're bringing everyone's legs together, and run as a team.
People might say,
"Hey dumbo, why are you carrying sucha stupid board?"
But hey, we're creating a history here and you don't dare to do so.
People might argue,
"Why do we need to sarcrifise my time over this?"
But hey, you're doing something which you'll nv got to do next time.

This is passion, it's commitment, forever a spirit!
When one has passion, he or she never fail to persuade the others.
That's when commitment comes in, joining each force together.
Person in charge will never had to worry how come this nv completed.
Leaders will have faith in each other.

A post mortem,
isn't all just about compliment.
Constructive feedbacks and argument are more than important.
Widen your acceptance.
We should accept the criticism.
That's when improvement barge in.
To strengthen one another.
To improve you, me, and everybody.

If we were to focus on the results,
but we fail to pay attention to the process
what would we learn?

One said, "We're not afford to fail."
I asked, "Why not?"
Given the reasons, i kept my mum.
For me, i will choose to fail this.
So that my members will know,
commitment, team work, passion are the recipe of success,
for a troupe of youngsters to run an event.

Let people know we're here.
Acknowledge our existence.
"I am here!
... Are you there yet?"
We are all waiting! :)

Failure is the mother of success which i always believe in. Dare to receive criticism is the first step to improve or change, to yield for better result.
