Day 4: We were still in Hualian and it was an anticipating long awaiting day for me to board onto a shuttle and head to Taroko National Park太鲁阁国家公园with a tour guide with us. The tour guide, Mr. Wong, was such a multi-tasker. He drove. He introduced the place. He shown us the way. He even talked the legend while driving. *faint*. He is very humorous and informative. He remembered figures very well, for instance, which year built this, which year this mountain collapsed due to earthquake stuffs like tat. Basically, we sat in the shuttle, stopped, walked on the jungle trails, into the tunnels, across the rapid streams and various mountains.
Along the way, my eyes were all glued onto the pictures and pictures on mountain in front of me. There were mountains and mountains of marble where the rocks are being brushed for thousands of years. Hualian is very famous with rocks, marbles and jade.
it just seemed too welcoming! =D so, we've reached!
This logo was taken at the Main Station.
Before heading up to the mountains, Tour Guide asked us to walk around down the hill.
Off we du-du-du on the shuttle once again! =)
Check out the streams.

We were given a helmet.
There was earthquake yesterday and it would be safer for us to wear it and walk in the middle of the mountains or tunnels. Some peeps were dead on the spot while rocks were falling from we-don't-know-where. Actually, my heart was shivering and pumping rapidly while walking in the tunnel. Natural disaster is scary. =( I finally experienced it last night.
with my uncle and auntie. =D
people asked us to walk faster but we snapped here and there.

there are a lot of cute human faces formed by the mountains naturally.
For this picture, right in the middle of the pic (slightly lower- being covered by the shadow), it's actually a human face of an indiana.
