O for ownership

At times,
i just feel that ownership is sucha prevalent thing.

When you have the ownership towards something
sense of belonging will be the next gift for you. :)
When we're creating something out of nothing
we're like creating a branding for it

This post of mine wasn't just out-of-the-blue or random
ive been having this thought for quite sometimes
be it during student days or working period

Let's take Psych Club per say
from the scratch it began
from zero to one is something to be blessed with
to have people to build it up together
to see it develops
from an unknown to known

Let's take VOIZ-bulletin per say
it's our first baby at work
a work that drives us crazy but always come with a surprise
personally, i am quite attached to VOIZ.
VOIZ isn't only about our unit
but it involves uni editorial board and creative team
and we're working together as one
it's something we really wanna do for students
to create awareness through it
to have an educational reading material around the campus
to write something in a different role/perspective

Without the ownership
i feel it will influence one's sincerity towards the things u're pursuing
Without the ownership
it seemingly like having the eyes but without a vision
Without the ownership
we never walk an extra mile for things that we're doing
Without the ownership
we're like coming out of nowhere and heading the road without an aim

All in all,
the things i've mentioned above...
these are my babies...
which i had the sense of ownership under it..
and i would like to own it with the presence of my teams :)
to share the excitement and happiness :)
