D.I.S.C.

As a psych student, everyone should know what D.I.S.C. means. DISC are 4 types of different personalities in human which a person can consist more than one personalities. D-dominance, I-influential, S-steadiness and C-conscientious.

To me, DISC plays a vital role in my life. Why do i say so? Haha. Because we somehow analyze or interpret people, or just to be a noisy parker. Everytime when we talk to somebody, we would say, "yea... she's I." or "omg! he's such a D!" Haha! It's like the code of language where everyone else in the world doesn't understand but us.

Well, this is not the main point of today. Hmmm. Lately, it's like a trend, to talk about personalites. Being sensitive over one's personality is good and it's ONLY good when it comes in an equilibrium where it doesn't go too sensitive or being a numb dummy over other people needs. She's right. Don't change over what others said. It's not worth it. Be Who You Are (that's my Form 4 and Form 5 class tagline).

It's never a regret to study psychology. It makes me realise human doesn't stop their thought even when they reach certain stages of life. We can be a mature person, or our thinking can just be as static like a kid back in childhood era. It depends how you draw the line.

Enough of my rant and blahs. I believe it's very important to strike a balance. Put ourselves in other people's shoes before blurting words that hurt the feelings of others'. This is something we really need to learn for staying in such a beautiful earth with human being. Tooooodles! :) Isn't it just perfect to be with people of different personalities? Really a great application! ^^
p/s: Anyway, i am a high "I" freak. Beware :)
