So, i realised, it's really important to have a bunch of peeps who share the same vision if we were to run something together. Back to the past, where peeps always had arguments, disagreement on things that were seemed unnecessary, all of these, serve as the experience for us to grow and come to realisation that we were so deprived of the same common goal.
It's sucha good reflection for me to ponder. If we were to be a leader, it utterly crucial for us to share the common goal, objectives and vision. =)) Apart from that, delegation is also a factor and to make sure there is enough of resources for everybody to excel. I always think that, I cannot fulfill my mission alone, or was it just me? I always love to welcome people to join the force and share the journey together. Well, maybe i am just a dependent figure. =X BUt isn't it great to have people to shout/cheer with when the things are done? =)
Moral of the day: Apart from the leadership in us, it's always important to have a team that we can trust on. Remember, we work and we share the common goal, we don't work just because we are good pals. That's how the boat sails in the big ocean. =)
