the balancer- Day 6

This is the item which i learned to make on the first day of my internship.
It is a repetitive activity whenever we head to different schools everyday.
Children are so easy to be coaxed. =)
Innocent. Happy. Cheerful. Contented.
And noisy. I still can't stand them. =X

The trainer was explaining a non-scientific theory behind this balancer and it made me pondered a while. He said, in life, a balance is very important.

If u wanna get an "A" (the pattern of the balancer), u need to work hard and study smart and all those study craps lar... but if u lose a white eraser (bottom of the balancer), u may end up having an "E" (an unbalance shape of the balancer), therefore, balance is vital. He put in examples of life and made me think. I wonder the kids know these life theories or not because i guess adults can't seem to get this right too. Nonetheless, his words really impressed me. =)

We need to live and stay in an equilibrium.
Balancer is an important object. =)

beautiful day~

Nv knew i could have a chance to catch a pleasant sunrise here in my KL house area.
Delighted to see this on Monday morning before i went off for work.
Waking up early in the morning does have advantage. *crap off*
Never ever did i wake up at 6am after almost 3 years living here.
Anyway, it's good to see sunrise.
It brightened my day, somehow.
Despite of the strong monday blue feeling.

Monday.
It's really not a good day for everyone who works.
A strong taste of monday blue.
Made everyone of us felt draggy, bored and no mood.
In the end, it caused low productivity for company.
Therefore, do u think company should strip off Monday as working day?
Haha! =D
DREAM ON! =x

Sunday, November 2

*grin*

new members on the board!
weeeeeeeeee!
hand made smileys...
May everyone be well and happy!

Saturday night-out! =D

Saturday!
Movie. Dinner. Housemates.
M+D+H = FEELING GOOD. ^^

Got ourselves the tickets of High Sch Musical 3-Senior Year! Hmmm, to me, the story line of HSM3 was normal. Nothing really surprised me. BUT! I enjoyed the flow of movie, with good music, wondrous choreography. No killing. No bloody scenes. Good for brain digestion. =) Thumb's up to recommend this to different age groups. ^^ Again, the lyrics are really meaningful. I favor! Wonder how'll our graduation be... Haha!

Had Kenny Roger before the movie. Didn't have a wonderful experience during the first try-out in Genting last time. Thus, this time i've brainwashed myself to gv it another chance. Haha! *Crap* However, the feeling was still the same. The eating urge wasn't there. =X The chicken was still the same. Didn't attract me in any way. Haha! ^^ But the muffin was great! ^^v Anyway, i don't think i'll be back to KR again. Therefore, here are some farewell pics for KR. Haha!

i like the menu.

muffins with different flavors!
choc, banana and vanilla

mei's set of spag + chic

the quarter meal sets: ordered by yc, hk, yy and me
we had more or less the same food.
Just that the side dishes were different.
The side dishes were better tasted than the main course. =x

The girls. I like the wood behind us. Hehe! ^^
kwang was the photographer.

say bye to kr!

Day 5-special

How time flies.
It's been 5 consecutive days for us to work. XD
Half day of work today~!
We went to one of the schools in Kajang.
Apart from all those routine work and teaching, dealing with students, we, the UCSI x6 always love to plan for meals, where and what to eat.
Thus, we had planned to savour some Kajang Satay for today!
Huiru didn't get to makan with us due to emergency leave. S I G H.
"It's ok, we saved u some pics!" =D

Here are some highlights of our expedition of satay!
Various of meat today! Burp*
the top left plate: duck, mutton and fish
the bottom left plate: chicken and beef
the one on the stove, i donno. Hehe! Jz a random shot.
5 of us. SokeLing, Kwang, ShueLing, me and Hon Chin
Restoran Malaysia.
Boss said it's very famous in Kajang.
There'll be traffic jam at night in the shop.
i find this charcoal really interesting!
It's like a big fat log compare to the normal one~
Uncle diligently fanning and flipping the satays.
i guess he's a chinese but relatively dark skinned.
A hot burning afternoon.
Dilute the heat with coconut drink is the best solution~
Ordered by SL and HC.
I had 100 plus~

Thursday, October 30

hmmm...

To be honest, the service of Cheras Tmn Connaught's Pizza Hut is s*cks! =_=" I'm serious. Sigh. Asked for a menu also donno took for how long and the waiter/waitress took their own sweetest time to sway their bodies to the table. That's fine, wasn't really a big issue. The issue was we had 5 ppl and pathetically needed to share ONE menu. What the...?! Called for bill also berlengah-lengah like that. Sien. Thought we've paid all those service taxes. Wonder where on earth those taxes transfer to. Shit. Therefore, we took a revenge on them. Hmmmm.... below are the pics! Enjoy! =)

that was the first time i had such a tall garden salad.

=)

Had fun playing volleyball with Mei this evening. Cool. ^^ I like! =D It's been ages since we last played. @_@" One year or two years ago? Haha! =) The pic is the volleyball aftermath. Pig trotter indeed! Never mind, not only me... ;)

Crazy crazy us, had fun play "ball digging" on our own. *grin* Got to learn some technique from her. Haha! My mentor. =) Salute! ^^

Wish to play more... =) I enjoyed it very much!

Day 2

Day 2 of Internship
Today was much more better than yesterday's. =D
I was placed with a colleague, Ms. Jasmine. She's a kind lady, much more thoughtful for students and we led the whole class for activities. Kids are indeed smart like wizards. So cunning and adult-like. *shake head*
Headed back to office and started to pack things. Briefing and meeting were held by our boss. Boss is a great man. He's funny. He's cold with jokes. He joked sensiblely until we needed to pause for 2 seconds then laughed like shit. He's funny. This afternoon was an eye-opening experience to learn their science-thingy activities, eg: paper flower blooms on the water, the alien-saliva and so on. We learned a lot through boss's demonstrations. We even tried on our own. Fun fun fun! =)
Most importantly, we, the UCSI-6, the six of us are happily working together across generations (seniors and juniors) and have our own fun in our own world at Scientech. Haha! It's great to have them around! ^^
Countdown: 58 days

2nd Internship- Day 1

Waking up as early as 6am killed me. So reluctant to drag myself out from bed. =X Internship started today. Thought it will be very excited but i haven't fine tuned my holiday mode yet. So, yea... =_="
First day. Well, it wasn't that terrible... started to work and i've been out for about 12 hours! Travelling across Selangor. =_=" It was exhausted. All of us (trainers) were sent to the school for morning session and other respective schools for evening session to conduct workshop activities. Managed to get to two primary schools and got in touch with kiddos. *noise pollution* I guess, i am not suitable to be placed with kids. =_____=" Hahaa~ way to go man! *yawn* Kids learned Science today- inersia, friction of air, balancing and gravity through interactive artwork with recycled items. *Environmental friendly!* weeeeeee! =x
What i can say is... there's whole lot different environment, people and situation to be learned in this internship. I neither love it nor hate it. To me, education is all about teaching, patience and love but i couldn't really see it from my first sight. Therefore, this job is not love at first sight thingy for me. Haha! And now, i shall begin to countdown towards the end of my internship. As usual, i will keep my finger crossed and to love my internship as much as possible so that i can fully enjoy these two months without wasting effort and experience.
Suddenly i rmb what my lecturer and teachers have said. Being an educationist is not easy and it's not one day job. It needs effort, it needs time and patience, most importantly, it needs love. If you were to think education is a profit making business, you can succeed by all means but students are not going to have privilege in this, ESPECIALLY the younger generation whereby moral deterioration is getting worse and worse each day. Maybe i am still not used to this reality world whereby $ is everything. I need to master that somehow in few years time.
So long, peeps!
Have a good day!
is another long day tomorrow...

carbo acceleration!

This holiday indeed pumped my weight to another extreme. =X Fret not, i still weight myself every night before sleep. Haha! =D It was a great weekend, with family and friends as well as good food. =) Well, i guess we are all from the same team- food explorer. -_-"
It was a Saturday morning. Got a real morning call from Uncle Yong.
He brought us for bakuteh. @_@"
The shop was so called "famous" for him.
Hmmm. My cousin bro had my half bowl of rice. Hehe!
I don't like to eat heavily in the morning but i still ate with them. xD
lil cousin + uncle
really long time didn't see them.
cousin bro + me
-_-" i was still sleeping... haha!
Next, sF came by in the evening. *grin* We had a out-of-the-blue-dinner together at this stall. It was situated along the way to Gunung Lambak. Hehe! Very sweet and fresh fish fillet meehoon was served. =) The soup tasted good! =D sour yet sweet coz of the tomato and the fresh fishy. =) Thanks to sF. =D
This is the collage i did for this meal.
sF and I had the normal fish fillet whereas my sis had the fried one.
The normal serving is just fish fillet.
The fried one is fish head, got bones... i don't like. Hehe! Malas!
also, we ordered side dish! =D Yong Tau Fu! =D
Muahaha! Heavenly! ^^
The soup was clean and clear. Wasn't oily at all. ^^
2 sampat girls... haha! ^^
sF was... eh-hem... hungry...
Haha! You see... the bowl was shining brightly...
*wink*
Then, the gluttons us, went to makan second round. i was bloated by the soup and meehoon. But sF and sis insisted. @_@" sigh. i wish i had 2 stomachs. Hehe! ^^ Drifted to Heidi for dessert. Banana Split Boat, cheese cake and marble cake were served. Surprisingly, Heidi has many good food to be explored! Omg. Next time... next time... haha! ^^ and the portion was indeed @@" huge.
mushi mushi... =D

sf cannot see. hahaha! =D

Thank you everyone for making my holiday worthwhile~
I enjoyed eating with all of you! ^^ Hehe! ^^

Drawing near...

It's going to be Deepavali in less than five days. Dad suggested to go to the Indian Street tonight to experience the Deepavali atmosphere. Not bad! =D Grab my camera and off we went! Hmmm... to my surprise, it wasn't as lively as few years back. Parents said it's due to the economy downturn maybe.
a mild traffic jam along the street.
The tents had blocked much space of the big road. =)
smart me. I was walking! Haha! =D

My family used to hop on this festive markets for window shopping during Deepavali-s. You know, really window. =x This time round, i brought my camera and took a few shots at this lovely night. It was awesome to see their traditional clothings, kuih muih, tonnes of keropok, muruku, fragrant spices from few shops away and the indian smell. -no discrimination here- Their music made me go @@". Dad told me don't simply snap here and there or else i'll be sued. @_@" *crazy*

Sales! Sales! Sales!

I FOUND THIS! Omg! My favourite! Back in secondary sch, Thilaga used to bring this for us to munch during recess. I miss Thil and Vickee. =) I miss my indian friends. =(

Potpourri of biscuits. =) Wonder the melamine brings any impact on the sales. sigh.

Muruku! =D My family favourite!

At this particular shop, i thought the spices presentation was really neat and cool. Thus, i had a few shots of them. Then, a girl passed by and smiled at me. I thought she's going to forbid me to take photos. However, she was equally curious what i've taken and she wanted to see. Haha! ^^ So the cute. I told her i like the spices and she introduced and tried to market the spices to me, telling me it was all from India. -__________-" Wrong target. I know nothing about this.
bucketful of spices imported from India. =D

Parents bought some curry powder back home. We're going to celeb deepavali! =_=" My family love curry, rendang, or anything spicy. =p

Dad and mum were the thorns among the roses. @_@"

After the Indian Street short trip, we had supper. Gotta taste my all time favourite! Icey bubur cacar and chendol. =) 3 of us shared fried kuey teow+mee+ carrot cake. @_@" Another bloated meal today. *burp* Too bad, my sis wasn't around. muahahaha! ^^

Dad told me, "Wait till u finished shooting, your bubur cacar is going to melt. =_=" and your fried kuey teow will turn cold." *grin* I like to shoot ar. =p

HAPPY DEEPAVALI! =D

Bless it be! =)

great day! ^^

Yoooohooo! :) I am so happy today! =) I guess this is the most relaxing break i ever had after a year of studious cum excitement period. =_=" as if i ady graduated! Haha! =D
Had a half-day outing with my lovely friends (bernie and mei). As usual, girls' talk. Haha! ^.^ U know, kepoh'ing is always girls' priviledge! Haha! Updated some outdated news and pre and post news around us. Not so bad~ ^^ Able to crap with these two crappers and sweatzz is indeed a good exercise for my mouth and cheek muscles. =D
Had lunch together. Shortly after that, we met up with Kwang and had another round of afternoon tea. =x Our stomachs cavities were filled with fluid. @_@"
It was a nice catch up! =) Thank you peeps! ^^
arhh~~~ am over the moon! ^o^
First round
Set lunch at Barney's.
The three musketeers us had the same set.
Served with:
1. Ice lemon tea- kinda big one~ Surprised me!
Kept on bugging the washroom. =x
2. Soup of the day- Onion soup today. Tasted so-so.
3. Spicy Garlic Chic Mushroom Spaghetti! =) My fav pasta!
I called it the "Mickey Mouse Set"! Haha~
However, I wonder why it served with garlic bread. @@"
******************************************************
**Second round**
Mei and Bernie.
They could really pose in front of my lens. @_@"
3 of us.
Why we looked like zombies? zzzz...
Bernie and me. =)
Kwang.
Sitting behind was an old grandpa.
What does it symbolise?
Yooohooo! Traditional kaya butter toasts! =D
I was bloated by lunch. And now, i had this!
I didn't really have appetite for it.
Back to oldies~
In fact, this kopitiam is very famous for breakfast and teatime.
Usually it has heavy human traffic during peak hours.

weee!

ignore about the bus driver.

It's good to be home once again.
I can smell the air of Kluang =)
I smell the peacefulness of Kluang.
I see stars which hardly get to see in KL.
Yes. I miss home. ^^

Today's paper had finally over.
Hmmm... the paper was k.o and o.k at the same time.
It's hard. R.e.a.l.l.y hard.
To the extent i felt the questions stared at me rather
than i looked at'em most of the time.
Haha. =)

Anyway, i've tried my best to squeeze out whatever i've read.
Hmmm... PTA is indeed not a play-play subject.
*hit* Nothing can be play-play'ed ok!! -am talking to myself-
If your brain is not functioning, better don't turn up for class. Haha!

Gotta cherish this short break of mine.
Next Tues, 2nd co-op commences.
Which means, my holiday is officially ended on next Monday.
How wonderful.

In the mean time, congratulation to UCSI for successfully upgraded to University status.
From now on, we're known as UCSIU. -_-" weird name.
The logo had changed and everything is still changing.
Including the programme fee and also the academic difficulty level.
Wonder it's a good news or bad news.
I shall tell u guys once i experience it next sem.
Congratulation to YOU and us! =X

arghh!

i hate smoker!
i hate smoker!
i h.a.t.e. smoker.
Sorry, i just hate u! =_="
Had a torturous 3 and a 1/2 hours bus trip back to Kluang.
Omg.
Kinda sucks today.
Drizzling day. Half wet me with hungry grumbling stomach...
How i wished to get a good rest after running out of brain juice in the exam hall.
GOD KNOWS!
The driver was smoking alllll daaaa way! OMG!
Going to get lung cancer ady! -_-"
YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO SMOKE! *arrghh*
The increment of bus fare has became an issue.
and this is how they treat us as a passenger?
Thanks but no thanks.
Wanted to dig out my jacket to cover my nose.
But after i thought twice about this smell, i hesitated.
In the end, i still covered with it.
Now, i gotta wash my jacket as well. @_@"
My dad was laughing at me in the car. =_="

p/s: i am going to lodge a complaint to the company (i am serious.) Got the official email add. =D Sigh. Malaysian and Malaysia. =__=" this is not happening...

Tuesday, October 21

e.x.a.m

Short semester ended in a blink of an eye.
It's exam period this week. @_@"
I am stressed because i felt nothing so far.
HOW? =X I am scared. @_@"
Fear to be fearless.
This is terrible.
Anyway... going for battle tomorrow!
Wish everyone best of luck during exam! :)
Lalala~

Sunday, October 19

isn't sunday supposed to be sunny? =)

Been raining like cats and dogs these few days.
Raining somehow does not cost a penny.
It pours on the ground.
Showering all the raindrops onto thousands of things in this earth.
Sigh.
Raining.
Turn my mood off. Wet.
Do not like raining sometimes. XD
Missing those wonderful times i had at home.
Missing my teenagehood with my school mates.
Was crapping with my housemates lately.
Pasar-talk on everything most of the time. =X
Friends are hard to make.
No expectation is the best expectation. =)
Reading one of my friends' blog.
He was saying,
"Dream off if u wanna make a good friend at this stage."
I was thinking, " Is it that hard?"
Well. It was a 50-50 ratio.
It depends on me.
Also depends on people around me.
The feeling is good and bad sometimes.
I guess, that's so called ups and downs?
Yea... i guess so. ^^
Do not know what is this feeling.
So ambiguous.
Everything seems so vague.
No contentment.
No expectation.
Guess this is the best. =)
gambateh.
Counting down: 3 more days.
I'll be going home! =D
Can't wait to go home to catch a breather.
Meet my friends and family :)
I miss them'all.

right.

If I do not want what you want, please try not to tell me that my want is wrong.
Or if i believe other than you, at least pause before you correct my view.
Of if my emotion is less than yours, or more, given the same circumstances, try not to ask me to feel more strongly or weakly.
Or yet if I act, or fail to act, in the manner of your design for action, let me be.
If you will allow me any of my own wants, or emotions, or beliefs or actions, then you open yourself so that some day these ways of mine might not seem so wrong and might finally appear to you as right for me.
****************************************************************
These were the excerption from "Please Understand Me II" given by Ms. V the other day. I feel that they are all accurately define human nowadays. People with low self esteem or high self esteem need to take note on this. Sometimes, we may tend to hurt people or we may feel we're correcting people or what not, however, put ourselves somehow in their shoes, we may feel equally terrible for them if we have an empathetic heart.
We live by design, not by default.
Each of us has our very own way to lead our lives.
Care about others just as you care about your own feelings. =)
Be a true friend.
Be a true companion.
Never be self centered.
It does not bring us any good by doing so. =)

Happy 400th Post!

=(

Sometimes, friends that i trust on had disappointed me in certain ways...

i do feel something. i am still a human.

Wanted to apologise for everything i've done initially,
but now...
it does not seem to be necessary anymore.

Disappointment had trespassed my border over the friendships i've gained.
I don't feel great about it.
